Enter your BusinessWeek Online User name and Password (these are case-sensitive) and click on the Connect button. If your Internet connection uses a proxy that requires authentication (typical in most corporations), check the box and fill in the information under Proxy Settings..
If you do not have a BusinessWeek Online account or forget your ID/password, click on the I Don't Have
an Account button. A new browser window, which contains information about creating or recalling your account, will be displayed.

Proxy Servers
|
|
Some networks (LANs) or Internet service providers (ISPs) employ proxy servers when connecting to the Internet.
Proxy servers ensure all inbound/outbound Internet traffic go through one or more particular set of machines.
Common proxy server configurations will be automatically identified and set up by the
client application. If your Internet connection relies on a proxy authentication server, however, you'll need to
specify your Proxy User account name and Password after checking the Use proxy authentication
checkbox under Proxy Settings.
If you attempt to launch the client without the necessary proxy authentication values, you will most likely get the following error.

Another possible failure at login occurs if your application client cannot connect with the server for some reason.
This can be caused by a number of things, including wrong authenticated proxy server settings, a temporary loss to your Internet connection, or your personal firewall software not allowing communication between the client and server.
After verifying your proxy User name / password pair is correct, your Internet connection and personal firewall rules, if you continue to experience this error, please reattempt to log in again in a few minutes.
